Erro no job /xnfe/collect_documents

Bom dia Pessoal,


Estou passando pelo seguinte erro ao tentar executar o report /xnfe/collect_documents: "Chamada incorreta: Não foi possível determinar o parâmetro CNPJ_DEST (/XNFE/APPNFE 054)"

Debugando o programa, cheguei na função /XNFE/NFEDIST_PREPARE_XML e nela verifiquei que a SEFAZ está retornando um XML de um tipo de evento que não é esperado pelo programa. O tipo de evento é o 610610.

 

Segue abaixo o trecho do código onde a função faz a validação do tipo de evento e gera a msg de erro:

Hi Vadamalai,

 

I have tested the same in my system. The changes are written using the function module EINKBELEG_WRITE_DOCUMENT. The table CDHDR & CDPOS updates happen in the FM CHANGEDOCUMENT_CLOSE. In the form write_normal_changedocu, CDHDR is updated using the statement INSERT INTO , while the CDPOS is updated using


INSERT (pv_tabname) FROM TABLE pt_in.

The inserted rows are included permanently in the table in the next database commit. Up until this point, they can still be removed by a database rollback.

 

IMO, SAP calls the update function modules in a predefined order. EINKBELEG_WRITE_DOCUMENT gets executed ahead of RV_MESSAGE_UPDATE. So CDHDR is updated using INSERT INTO & updates the record in the table. CDPOS is updated using INSERT FROM, the records will be updated only in the next database commit (SAP issues the commit after all the update function modules are executed).

 

RV_MESSAGE_UPDATE triggers your custom output type and you are selecting the CDPOS before SAP issues the final commit and so you are not able to see the table entries in CDPOS for that change number.

 

I would suggest you to change the dispatch time other than "Immediate" or

1. Wrap all your CDPOS selection logic, email code to a function module 'Z_CALL_IN_NEW_LUW

2. In your output type call

 

CALL FUNCTION 'Z_CALL_IN_NEW_LUW

    IN BACKGROUND TASK

    AS SEPARATE UNIT

  EXPORTING

    <your data>

3. In Z_CALL_IN_NEW_LUW, check if the PO is not locked and write the select query to fetch CDPOS. (As Z_CALL_IN_NEW_LUW is called as a separate unit, it will be called in a new LUW. By this time CDPOS data will be saved to database.) write your logic using the fetched values of CDPOS.

Error in Settlement of a Project

Hi,

 

I am facing an issue in settlement of a project.

Error: Reciever Category FXA is not allowed by settlement profile 000090 for this sender.

 

We have assigned a Customized Settlement profile in the project ZPS001 & checked all the required configurations.

 

It is working with all the other projects but one.

 

Please suggest.

Unable to assign vehicle to sales order

Hi Team,

 

We are unable to assign vehicle to a sales order. The vehicle is transferred to another sales org through Inter company STO process.

 

Following are the transactions done for the vehicle.

 

In Supplying company code


Vehicle procurement is done from OEM

1. Vehicle created

2. PO created in Supplying plant

3. Goods receipt done

4. Incoming Invoice created

 

Vehicle sale order is created for another dealer as customer

5.Sales order completed( Sales Order - rec1)

 

6.Internal order settlement is done in KO88

7.Transfer between Company codes is done from Supplying dealer to Receiving dealership's plant B

8. Vehicle procurement is done in Receiving plant

9. Now when dealer B is trying to do sales(Sales order cus1 for the same vehicle by assigning the vehicle to a order created w.r.t quotation, Update is getting terminated with the following errors. Please suggest on how to solve the issue.

 

 

1.Update of sales order rec1 not allowed as vehicle action QOOU is not allowed

Message No. /DBM/VSALES048

2.Internal error  during program call

Message No. /DBM/OE000

 

3.Data consistency problem detected - event ORD_SAVE (see long text).

Message No. /DBM/OE077

Diagnosis

During processing, a problem that can cause data inconsistency has been detected. Therefore, an internal error has been raised and the transaction is terminated to avoid data inconsistency.

System Response

Transaction gets terminated. Unsaved data will be lost.

Procedure

Contact SAP support to check this issue.

Hi,

 

have you tried with display the webi report in Page mode and A4. Webireport->Page setup->Display page.

After that when you will save the excel and print it will come on single page.

am tried exactly what you are saying but the problem is

 

when I click on enhance and create it the enhancement screen is not having any components which is present in original screen.

Have you entered profit center while posting? Is yes, then check whether you are using the profit center which belongs to the co.code.

Need to Implement Loyalty management only. Any suggestions?

Dear All,

 

One of our Consumer goods (mainly electronics goods) client in Kuwait is planning to implement Loyalty Management Programme for their customer. They already have ECC 6.0 and SAP POS installed.

As per my knowledge for availing Loyalty Management in SAP one has to implement SAP CRM Sales and Marketing module which, in turn will be costly for my client specially who only wants to implement loyalty management.

Another solution is hybris loyalty management in YaaS but according to my knowledge it is available only for USA clients and not for ME clients.

Please suggest me a viable solution for loyalty management -

1. Implement SAP CRM Sales and Marketing module (On premise solution). If Loyalty management can be implemented as a stand alone solution then what are the requirement for the same.

2. hybris loyalty management if it is available for clients in ME. If yes then what are the requirements for implementing the same.

3. Custom built loyalty management solution (using ABAP/java) which can be integrated with existing POS and SD module.

4. Any other possible solutions.

 

Looking forward for a solution.

J1IDEPOTSTOCK1 Issue

During Depot Sales, transferring stock from  plant to plant.

 

Stock is still left in J1IDEPOTSTOCK1 and that stock (excise invoices) not getting reflected in J1IJ

 

how to resolve this issue?
